New Hot Ice Skater
You may be asking yourself, who is this hot hunk that Sue's got her eye on? He is none other than US National Ice Skating Champion for 2007 and 2008, Evan Lysacek. At 6'1" in height, he is one tall drink of water. He caught my eye when I was in Philadelphia this past weekend with a flat screen television and the nationals were on. There he was performing in all his glory. Sigh. I was transfixed. Mesmerized. I have included the video of the performance here for you to see. You have to pay particular attention to his face at the end. His eyes and the grizzled beard will just make you swoon.

Oh yes, he is a wonderful skater. The way skating is judged these days is weird. The more tricks you do the better your score. The grace and fluidity of a Johnny Weir no longer count and IMHO, that is a shame. But guys like Evan do well in this scenario because he is all athlete and has perfect form. It really is amazing with his height that he can be so light on his feet and flexible. His sit-spin form is enviable.
You guys are really into him !
