Taylor Lautner is only 16 years old and has already starred as Jacob in "Twilight". In the next movie of the trilogy, "New Moon", he will be the center of the plot line and so he has promised to put on 30 lbs (13.6 kg) of muscle. He has added 26 so far. He shows us the results of his efforts in this video.
